Good news!

The Glasshouse Inn will be open again this week from Thursday to Sunday for both indoor and outdoor bookings.

Opening Times

Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Lunch 11.30-3pm, Food served from 12-2pm Evening 6.30-10pm, Food served 6.30-9pm

Sunday
12- 5pm, Food served 12-4pm

The outdoor garden menu includes fish & chips, cheese, steak and ham baguettes, vegetable platters and a range of our basket meals.

The indoor menu of your Glasshouse favourites is on our chalkboard and this week includes beef lasagne, vegetable lasagne, prime ribeye steak, battered cod and chips, satay chicken and wholetail scampi. A takeaway service for fish & chips is also available. See chalk board menu HERE.

Measures have been put into place in line with Covid-19 government guidance. Please respect social distancing guidelines and ensure children are supervised at all times.

We are also now registered and part of the Government's Eat Out To Help Out scheme.

The Glasshouse Inn is a charming red bricked pub in a picturesque spot on the slopes of May Hill surrounded by beautiful countryside. The Inn has been trading as a public house since 1891 and its strength lies firmly in its simplistic, unspoilt, almost timeless tradition. We have an excellent reputation for fine food and ales in a traditional pub atmosphere surrounded by beautiful countryside. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our fish, meats and fresh ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and are of the highest quality. We aim for excellence with every meal and look forward to welcoming you.

Steve & Jill Pugh took over the Glasshouse Inn in December 1996 and have turned the Glasshouse Inn into one of the best pub and restaurants in the area. High quality food is served in comfortable and traditional surroundings. The traditional pub & restaurant has grown steadily in popularity over the years with people travelling far and wide to sample the delights of this unique establishment.

Please note, with the exception of Guide & Assistance Dogs, Glasshouse Inn does not permit dogs inside.
